Why do you only charge for sending?
Receiving costs almost nothing, but sending means delivering to mail servers worldwide and protecting our reputation against spam. So receiving stays free and you pay only for what you send.
What happens after 1,000 emails in a month?
Sending stops for that month while receiving continues. Add sending packs under Company > Billing to send again right away. Quotas refill on the 1st.
Do I need to change nameservers?
No. Add 1 MX and 3 CNAME records at your registrar. Your website and other records stay as they are.
I already use another email service.
MX can point to only one service, so after switching, mail stops arriving at the old one. Wrap it up before you switch.
What happens when I run out of space?
You still receive everything and can read every message. Only attachments beyond your quota are locked; a storage pack unlocks them instantly.
How do I pay?
Sending packs, extra mailboxes and storage packs are billed monthly by card through Paddle. Reduce or cancel anytime; reductions apply from the next billing date.
Can I use a phone mail app or Outlook?
For now 82mail is webmail, and it works well in mobile browsers.
Time to put your company email on your card
5 mailboxes free. No card required.
