What we collect

• Owner: email, name, password hash, language, billing customer ID (card details are handled only by Paddle or Toss Payments).
• Mailboxes: address, name, password hash, the email messages and attachments they send and receive.
• Logs: sending counts, delivery/bounce/complaint events, IP addresses in server logs.

Why

To provide the mail service, prevent abuse, bill paid features and answer support requests.

Processors

• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, S3, SNS — Tokyo region): sending, receiving and spam/virus scanning.
• Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2): application and mail storage.
• Paddle.com: payments.
• Toss Payments (Korea): payments made on the Korean-language site.

Retention

Mail is kept until the user deletes it (Trash is emptied after 30 days). When a company is deleted, its data is erased after 30 days.
