The Korean version of these terms governs. This English text is a convenience translation.

1. Service

82mail (82mail.app), operated by 2nd Korea Inc. ("we"), lets a business owner ("Owner") connect a domain the Owner controls and create mailboxes ("Mailboxes") for the Owner's company.

2. Accounts

Owners sign up with an email address they can receive mail at. Owners are responsible for every Mailbox they create and for the people using them.

3. Acceptable use

• No bulk, marketing or unsolicited email, phishing, malware or illegal content.
• We may limit daily sending, and may suspend sending or the company when bounce or complaint rates are high or abuse is reported.

4. Storage

Each Mailbox has a quota (free: 10MB; paid extra Mailbox: 50MB; +500MB per storage pack). Incoming mail is always kept; attachments beyond the quota are stored but locked until storage is added.

5. Fees

Receiving mail is free. Up to 5 Mailboxes per company are free. Each company may send 5 emails per calendar month free; more sending requires sending packs bought per company: each pack costs USD 1 per month and allows 1,000 sent emails per calendar month (each recipient counts as one; unused emails from a pack can be used until the end of the following month). Each additional Mailbox, each storage pack and the company webmail address (mail.yourdomain, per domain) costs USD 1 per month. A company may connect up to 5 domains. Billing is handled by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record.

6. Termination

Owners may delete their company at any time. Mailboxes stop working immediately and data is deleted 30 days later. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

Email delivery depends on third parties (recipient servers, DNS). We are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 3 months.
